ABOUT THE COMPANY

By Juliannie designs, manufactures and sells hand-sewn products and handicrafts from mainly recycled and recovered textiles. Environmental thinking is close to the heart and care for work and details are obvious keywords in the company’s philosophy. COLOR REPRODUCTION

Since all computer screens, tablets and mobile phones display slightly differently, there is no guarantee that the color reproduction is completely true to reality.

INNER CUSHIONS

The inner cushions that I use are either feather-filled with proper bounce and puff up easily. They are best suited for cushion covers with slightly heavier fabrics and a lot of structure. For the cushion covers in thinner material, it fits better with polyester-filled inner cushions and the ones I use are Swedish-made of high quality, so-called hollow fiber, which retains its shape without becoming lumpy or flat. In the size 40 x 65 I do not have polyester pillows in stock, however, it is possible to special order at an additional cost.

Since By Juliannie’s philosophy is eco-friendliness, I also have the opportunity to provide inner cushions filled with organic wool. The extra cost for such an inner cushion is 450 SEK.

COMMISSIONED SEWING

I also take custom orders if I have the opportunity. For example, it can be in a certain color scale, a certain size or in your own textiles. However, I do not have the opportunity to tailor garments except for e.g. skirt length. Contact me and we will agree on how I can fulfill your wishes. The price depends on how advanced the sewing is, but probably similar to the already sewn products. No deduction for sewing of the client’s own textiles.

SHOPPING AND PAYING

About the cushions, the inner cushion is included in the price, but you can choose to buy only the cushion cover, the cost of the inner cushion is then deducted from the price (approx. SEK 100). Shipping costs are not included in the price, but will be added according to Post Nord’s or DB Schenker’s tariff and will be communicated at the time of ordering. Prices are in Swedish kronor and include 25% VAT. Additional costs if you shop outside EU, customs, import fees and similar are the customer´s responsibility and are not included in the price. You need to find out what rules apply in your country as it varies.

Because the material is limited, there is usually only one copy of each. If there is more than one, it will be stated in the description.

Once you have selected a product you want to purchase (or get more information about), click on the ”Contact” button on the page where the product is described, or via the ”Contact” menu. Fill in your details and write which product you are interested in, each has its own name. Choose how you want to pay, either with Swish to 0768-359900 or by transferring the amount to Swedbank account 8305 5 4 500122 9 (if you pay from outside of Sweden you will need IBAN and SWIFT/BIC, which you will get from me on request). As a third option, you can use PayPal for payment. Wait with the payment until you have received a confirmation email from me. The item will be sent as soon as the payment has been received in my account and you will then receive a notification that the package is on its way.

DELIVERY

The goods are usually shipped the day after ordering. Lighter shipments are currently sent with Post Nord and larger items with DB Schenker and are picked up at the respective delivery point. About custom orders, you will be notified when the item is ready to ship.

WITHDRAWAL

When you shop online within Sweden, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt according to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (see Konsumentverket.se). In that case, you are responsible for the return shipping. Return address – see bottom of the page. The product must of course be unused and must be packaged so that it is not damaged, preferably in the same packaging and may not be sent cash on delivery. Always send me a message via the contact form beforehand. Refunds will be made when the goods have been received and inspected. If only part of a shipment is returned, only the amount of the returned item will be refunded. The right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned work.

COMPLAINTS

If the item is damaged or if you received the wrong product or quantity, please contact me via the contact form (or email) within 5 days. Together, we will decide whether you want to exchange for a new product, some other measure or get your money back. You will always be refunded your return shipping cost in the event of a complaint.

If the product is damaged during transport, you must complain about it yourself to Post Nord or DB Schenker, depending on which transport company delivered your package. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM until the complaint is complete. Follow the links and you will be taken directly to the complaint pages.
